Do I need to sign a waiver to participate?
Yes, every child must have a waiver on file to participate. Each waiver last 2 months.
If my child is sick, will I get a refund?
If we receive your notification 48 hours prior to your session you will receive a credit for a future playdate.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, with 48 hour notice we are glad to issue a credit for a future playdate.
Am I able to drop my child off and return after running errands?
No, parents must stay with their child(ren) for the entire time spent in The Playroom
Do parents need socks to play?
Yes, both parents and children need socks on when playing in the carpeted area.
What ages are allowed in The Playroom?
Children age infant through 5 years are allowed in The Playroom.
